I started my technology journey discovering early a passion for helping people confidently embrace innovation. That spark led me to launch a tech firm where I trained millions, authored 15 books, and reached over 500,000 people weekly through a syndicated show.

After a decade of entrepreneurship, I chose a broader impact path and joined Microsoft. Over the past ten years, I’ve supported customers, partners, and global audiences—representing the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Technology Coalition, driving sales and marketing programs that accelerated AI developer tool adoption, and now helping Enterprise customers advance their transformation within Microsoft’s Worldwide Customer Success organization.

I’m a connector, a guide, and someone who deeply believes in people. My mission is to help others unlock their potential and create meaningful, lasting change — in their work, their organizations, and their communities.

As a passion project I help others through my latest book, Transforming the Remote Work Experience available at Amazon.com and retailers globally. I also host a globally syndicated podcast, Inspirburst, to promote positivity and support others in the journey to achieve their most successful selves through major streaming platforms.​
